Autoyast & Friends

Install SLES10, at the end of the installation check the clone option which should be autoselected.
This will create /root/autoinst.xml
Put 4 isos to a folder
isntall apache
yast/installation server: follow directions
check http://localhost/[alias you defined] contains installation sources
yast/misc/autoinstall: open root/autoinst.xml, configure following:
partitioning: auto

boot manager: reset config

screen resolution: set by hand

monitor: select a generic monitor

network card: reset config
copy xml file to web server root
you may configure SLP to announce installation sources
boot from CD1
press f4, select http. fill the form
add parameter: autoyast=http://[... autoyast.xml]
